Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands in Amsterdam seeks an experienced (Senior) Manager Oracle - Finance Transformation to lead enterprise planning, consolidation, reporting and performance management programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape EPM roadmaps, ensure data integrity and governance, and drive client discussions, proposals, and capability growth across the region.

You will oversee multidisciplinary delivery teams, mentor staff, and contribute to fostering long-term client partnerships

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant consulting or industry experience in Finance, FP&A or EPM transformations.
• 4+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams on complex programmes.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery across architecture, prototyping, testing, deployment and stabilisation.
• Certifications in relevant EPM technologies are advantageous; continuous learning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and evolution of enterprise-scale EPM solutions for planning, consolidation, reporting and performance management.
• Translate strategic ambitions into robust EPM roadmaps and governance standards.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure data integrity and secure data flows across the project lifecycle.
• Shape platform selection, operating model design and process re-engineering for clients.
• Drive commercial activities: proposals, client discussions and capability development.
