AAA Global in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced trader to manage a personal trading book across equity options, crypto options, and market making. The role offers autonomy to develop ideas, build strategies, and own decisions from concept to execution.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in trading, a track record of profitability, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to act quickly under pressure while collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a trading role, with a background in equity options, crypto options, market making or proprietary trading
• A demonstrable track record of profitable trading
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to make fast and considered decisions under pressure
• Strong understanding of options, volatility and/or market-making strategies
• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine ownership mentality
• Competitive, driven and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other traders

Responsibilities

• Manage your own trading book and identify opportunities across volatility trading and market making
• Take ownership from concept to implementation, developing new strategies
• Work with other traders using market data and quantitative analysis to inform decisions
• Operate in a hands-on trading environment with initiative and commercial thinking
