Job summary

ING is seeking a Senior Ops Engineer (III) to join the Live Business Reporting (LBR) team. You will ensure platform performance, reliability and security for core reporting and automation platforms such as Denodo, Tableau, UAC and Grafana.

You’ll design CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, automate with PowerShell, and collaborate with DevOps and Ops engineers in a hybrid setup in the Amsterdam area. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years hands-on experience as an Operations Engineer.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong IT risk and security concepts understanding.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; PSM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Platform management for Denodo, Tableau, UAC, Grafana with SRE principles.
• Design and maintain UAC workflows and automated processes.
• Maintain underlying Windows server infrastructure and networks.
• Proactively identify and resolve platform incidents.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Develop PowerShell automation across operations and monitoring.
• Ensure security controls, access reviews and certificate management.
