Rabobank seeks a Senior Business Resilience Officer – Operational Continuity to lead a high-performing team and define the bank’s continuity program across business lines and functions.

You will own and govern frameworks, drive readiness exercises, and ensure regulatory alignment with ECB and DNB, while building a resilient, customer-centric organization.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business, IT, risk management, continuity, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in BCM, ITDR, operational resilience.
• Deep expertise in BCM, ITDR, operational continuity, and Recovery & Resolution Planning.
• Proven experience implementing BCM frameworks and tooling, including regulatory programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and board-level advisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Operational Continuity by building a high-performing team.
• Provide strategic leadership and advisory to senior management and represent Rabobank in industry forums.
• Strengthen talent and capability through coaching and crisis preparedness.
• Own and govern Operational Continuity frameworks and drive maturity across the organization.
• Drive exercises, risk mitigation, and integration with crisis and resilience functions.
