Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Business Resilience Officer – Operational Continuity to set and steer the bank’s resilience capabilities across lines and functions. The role centers on leading a high-performing team and embedding customer-first values in continuity programs.

You will operate in a hybrid setup with a competitive package, development budget, and cross-functional exposure. The position collaborates with senior leaders and regulators to ensure preparedness and alignment with industry

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business, IT, risk management, continuity, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in BCM, ITDR, operational resilience.
• Deep BCM and ITDR expertise.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and regulator interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Operational Continuity team and culture.
• Provide strategic leadership to senior management and industry forums.
• Strengthen talent and capability through coaching and succession planning.
• Own and govern Operational Continuity frameworks.
• Ensure readiness and resilience via exercises and risk mitigation.
