Job summary
Heerema Marine Contractors is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead engineering professionals across Decommissioning, Wind, and Transport & Installation product lines in Leiden. You will plan, coordinate, and control complex offshore work, develop offshore execution methods, and provide hands-on technical preperation and execution support for projects from concept through handover.
The role requires a higher professional education in a relevant field and 8+ years in offshore engineering
Qualifications
- 8+ years in offshore engineering, project prep, and operational execution.
- Strong analytical, practical and pragmatic skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Supervisory and coaching capabilities.
- Willingness to be hosted at yards, offshore, or in offices.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers across decommissioning, wind, or transport & installation projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and control work with internal and subcontractor resources.
- Develop offshore execution methods and lifting arrangements.
- Provide engineering support for offshore projects from concept to handover.
- Review internal and external deliverables and ensure quality.
