Job summary

Allseas in Delft, within Capital Projects, seeks a Construction Manager to oversee construction and commissioning activities on vessels or projects. You will ensure timely delivery of engineering, fabrication and procurement, with a focus on constructability and design improvements.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate subcontracts, and maintain risk controls while driving safety and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on attitude and proactive mindset; able to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills with internal clients and external partners.
• Proven track record in project management and delivering complex construction projects.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering related field as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects or represent Allseas at construction sites.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering, fabrication and procurement for integration or installation.
• Propose design improvements and anticipate potential issues early.
• Coordinate all project activities including subcontracts to achieve best performance.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and construction managers as needed.
