Job summary

Allseas Delft seeks a Senior QHSE Engineer to own the QHSE scope on offshore projects from prep through execution. You may act as QHSE Lead within the project team, closely connected to vessels and offshore operations.

This senior, hands-on role requires directing QHSE strategy, translating requirements into practical plans and ensuring implementation of the management system across projects. You will coach teams and lead investigations and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master\'s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Significant experience in QHSE, preferably offshore, marine, subsea, or high-risk projects.
Proven ownership of QHSE within projects or operations.
Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety, risk management and management systems.
Experience with incident investigations, audits and risk assessments.
A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as HVK/IVK or NEBOSH Diploma.

Responsibilities

Coach and support colleagues and project teams on QHSE matters across projects and vessels.
Own the QHSE scope for offshore projects from prep to mobilisation, execution and close-out.
Act as QHSE Lead on large or complex projects when required.
Advise Project Managers on QHSE risks, priorities and decisions.
Develop project-specific QHSE plans, procedures and deliverables.
Ensure implementation of Allseas’ management system and regulatory requirements.
Lead risk assessments and contribute to investigations and corrective actions.
Plan and conduct audits with appropriate follow-up on findings.
