Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Leiden site is seeking an experienced Occupational Safety and Process Safety Management Specialist to strengthen safety across laboratories, production areas, and engineering environments within our biotech and advanced therapies framework.

You will co-lead process safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and translate findings into robust controls while influencing stakeholders to uphold regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in occupational safety and process safety in regulated environments.
• Experience in biotech/pharma or equivalent high-safety settings is preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions to implement safety improvements.
