Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior / Lead EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, Safety and Security strategy for a major Nordic data centre project. You will shape governance, align multinational contractor networks with client expectations, and foster a proactive culture of care that protects workers, the public, and Arcadis reputation.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience on mega-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in EHS governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centres or complex tech infrastructure.
• Proven ability to drive a zero-incident safety culture.
• CPD commitment and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the project-wide EHS strategy and governance framework.
• Align multi-national contractor networks with client expectations and ISO standards.
• Oversee RAMS reviews, audits, and incident investigations for the campus.
• Report executive performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
