Arcadis is seeking an Energy Marshall - Data Centres (Nordics) to lead electrical safety in HV/MV/LV areas. The role includes auditing permits, developing safety plans, and mentoring staff, with travel to Finland and potential in-country work.

Strong regulatory knowledge and risk assessment are essential. You will oversee safety documentation, review switching programmes, and drive compliance with local regulations while coordinating with clients and subcontractors to deliver safe, reliable

Qualifications

Ability to build and manage Energisation Strategy and the Electrical Safety Plan
Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV safety regulations and site compliance
Experience auditing safety documentation and switching programmes

Responsabilités

Develop and implement electrical safety documentation.
Audit and review site switching schedules, including power on, isolation, and earthing of high voltage apparatus.
Audit and review AP Permits to Work, Sanctions for Test, and Limitation of Access documents.
Attend client meetings, mentor team members, and assist in outage programmes while ensuring compliance.
Own the site Electrical safety plan, engineering policy, procedure, and legislation.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project staff to ensure safety.
