Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Associate MEP Cost Consultant to lead cost and commercial management for a major data centre project. You will manage large work streams, build strong client relationships and supervise a team of specialists while ensuring delivery excellence across international assignments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across countries, support with cost reporting, and drive innovative cost practices to improve performance and value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Professional certification (RICS, AACE or similar).
• Extensive experience in cost and commercial management on large projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and cost management.
• Experience leading smaller projects and supporting large ones.
• Proven ability to deliver analyses and insights.
• Experience building client relationships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects or complex work streams delivering outputs that meet client expectations.
• Line management for development and performance of team members.
• Supervise teams of Cost and Commercial Specialists on multiple projects.
• Act as primary client contact for cost and commercial reporting and QA.
• Review outputs before submission to clients and external groups.
• Maintain understanding of client objectives.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and delivery parameters.
• Support development of cost and commercial systems and drive innovation.
