Job summary

Clear is seeking an on-site EHS Advisor in Amsterdam to own daily safety walkthroughs, incident investigations, and permit-to-work systems across data centre projects. You will enforce EU safety laws, run toolbox talks, and manage subcontractor risk assessments while coordinating with site construction managers and client safety reps.

This role requires a 4+ year track record in construction safety, NEBOSH qualifications, and hands-on experience with safety audits and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 4+ years EHS experience.
• NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH certificate.
• Proven knowledge of EU construction safety regulations and incident investigations.
• Experience implementing permit-to-work systems and subcontractor safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Enforce EHS policies and regulatory standards at data centre sites.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Lead safety induction and toolbox talks for onsite personnel.
• Investigate incidents and produce root-cause and corrective action reports.
• Monitor PTW, heavy lifting, confined space, and at-height safety protocols.
• Collaborate with construction managers, contractors, client safety reps, and authorities.
• Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
