Job summary

Frontseat Partners is seeking a hands-on Manager Supply Chain – Planning & Logistics to own a broad international supply chain. You’ll strengthen inventory management, forecasting and lead a planning team while partnering with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales and Logistics colleagues.

The role emphasizes strategic decision-making with day-to-day operational involvement, driving improvements across planning, inventory and 3PL management in a multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Broad Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of people-management experience.
• Strong experience in Supply Planning, Forecasting and Inventory Management.
• Solid logistics and 3PL management experience.
• Good understanding of S&OP, MRP and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable operating under time pressure.
• Confident communicator who can challenge stakeholders and push back when required.
• Experience within MedTech, Medical Devices, Pharma, Biotech or Life Sciences is preferred.
• Other regulated or complex manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Supply Chain / Planning team.
• Own demand forecasting and integrated supply planning.
• Drive inventory optimisation, including safety stocks, inventory levels and working capital.
• Translate forecasts into production and supply requirements.
• Identify and resolve shortages, capacity constraints and supply risks.
• Support and further develop the S&OP / IBP process.
• Strengthen the use of ERP, MRP and supply-chain data.
• Manage international logistics flows across manufacturing sites, warehouses and markets.
• Manage 3PL partners, including SLAs, KPIs and performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across Planning, Inventory and Logistics.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Purchasing, Sales and other key stakeholders.

Manager Supply Chain – Planning & Logistics

Are you a hands-on Supply Chain Manager who enjoys improving performance, developing people and bringing structure to a complex international supply chain?

We are looking for an experienced Manager Supply Chain / Planning & Logistics to take ownership of a broad supply chain operation spanning multiple manufacturing locations and international logistics partners. A key focus will be strengthening inventory management and forecasting, while developing the planning team and driving smarter use of supply-chain data.

This is a role with real operational ownership. You will be expected to lead from the front, challenge where needed and combine strategic decision-making with hands‑on involvement in the day‑to‑day operation.
