UST is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (Enterprise Operations) to join our onsite team in Amsterdam, supporting a prestigious global client. This role blends hands-on networking with a customer‑focused mindset to ensure reliable network operations.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, VoIP, and video conferencing, monitor with SolarWinds, produce KPI reports, and contribute to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, routing, switching, IP networking, and WAN services.
• Experience with Cisco routers/switches, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, SonicWall firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of wireless networking, VoIP, and video conferencing platforms.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as SolarWinds.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Exposure to Agile delivery, projects, and AI-driven automation/analytics is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Lead or contribute to incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.
• Ensure security, patching, change management, and ITIL best practices are followed.
