• PhD/MS degree in relevant Science or Engineering with experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or technology transfer.
• Experience leading commercial GMP manufacturing organizations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and process validation.
• Leading managers and senior technical professionals.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the site MSAT strategy, plan, budget, governance, and workforce model.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing organization of managers and senior leaders.
• Lead governance, escalation, and risk-based decisions for manufacturing support and validation.
• Oversee investigations, CAPAs, lab studies, and process improvements.
• Lead technology transfer and lifecycle management, including qualification and PPQ readiness.
• Govern validation lifecycle and use data science to improve robustness and yield.
• Set direction for MSAT labs and automation; ensure validated systems and data integrity.
• Lead readiness for regulatory submissions and inspections.
• Represent site priorities in global forums and partner across functions to deliver lifecycle and cost objectives.
• Sponsor cross-site initiatives for operational excellence and long-term competitiveness.
