Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Senior Process Engineer MSAT to support technology transfer and production of CAR-T products in Leiden. You will act as process SME, collaborating with Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure rapid, compliant, cost-effective delivery of therapies.

The role requires leading change controls, handling investigations, and supporting regulatory inspections, with up to 5% travel and the ability to work in shifts to cover operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing support or related MSAT/production roles in biopharma.
• Experience with process transfer, start-up, or new facility setup.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Lead investigations, deviations, and CAPAs with regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and approve technical documentation (investigations, SOPs, batch records).
• Lead cross-functional MSAT interactions during campaigns and tech transfers.
• Support change controls and risk mitigation for manufacturing operations.
