Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Site Manager III to oversee procurement of indirect material inventory and manage MRO storeroom operations at client sites in the NL market. The role focuses on inventory optimization, cost reduction, supplier relations, and reporting to drive business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, hands-on supervision of staff, experience with CMMS/ERP systems, and a track record of achieving cost savings while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and managing MRO commodities.
• Strong analytical skills with cost-reduction focus.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site MRO storeroom management and purchasing.
• Manage daily activities of staff, including performance feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reduction programs.
• Develop client relationships and communicate with vendors.
• Prepare reports on stock, buyer activity, and operations.
• Ensure safety procedures and training compliance.
