Job summary

MyOffice is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the North and East Netherlands and ensure each location runs smoothly and feels like MyOffice. You link head office with site teams, maintain an overview, and take hands-on action when needed to support the business and its people.

You will lead on-site teams, manage staffing, budgets and turnover, embed the MyOffice concept, and drive growth toward additional locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team.
• Affinity for the hospitality industry.
• Completed MBO level 4 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coaching and developing the teams on site
• Monitoring quality, staffing levels, personnel costs, budgets, expenses and turnover
• Implementing and embedding work processes and the MyOffice concept
• Recruiting new colleagues
• Ensuring optimal staff and holiday planning
• Operational start-up of new MyOffice locations
