Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Senior Clinical Product Manager MR-RT to define and drive the clinical strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of MR Radiation Therapy solutions. You will translate clinical needs into differentiated products, collaborate with R&D, marketing, regulatory, and clinical teams, and serve as the clinical expert for radiation oncology.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare or medical institutions preferably related to radiation oncology and/or MR imaging.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Define the MR-RT clinical vision and strategic roadmap.
• Lead market and clinical intelligence for long-term planning.
• Build customer segmentation and differentiated value propositions.
• Translate unmet clinical needs into product requirements and lifecycle plans.
• Partner with KOLs and centers to generate clinical evidence.
• Represent the portfolio at scientific congresses and capture customer insights.
• Shape GTM and support launches with marketing and regional teams.
• Collaborate across Clinical Science, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Medical, Marketing and Commercial teams.
