Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience, including at least 3 years of clinical experience in the Radiology Technology domain and 2 years in clinical education, training, or instructional roles.
• Proven experience in training content development within the Radiology domain.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver clinical training for Operators, Medical Physicists, and Radiologists.
• Strong clinical and medical diagnostic expertise in imaging.
• In-depth knowledge of radiation safety principles related to diagnostic imaging devices.
• Hands-on understanding of Philips DXR (Digital X-ray Radiography) equipment in clinical use.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and optimize advanced clinical training programs for Philips professionals and external healthcare staff.
• Develop and update curricula aligned with Philips technologies and clinical best practices.
• Lead demonstrations of clinical solutions and workflows to showcase benefits and align with customer needs.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually, including simulations and hands-on workshops.
• Update LMS content reflecting product updates and regulatory requirements.
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics to drive improvement.
