Job summary

4PS, part of the Hilti Group, seeks a Senior Mobile Apps Developer to design, build, and continuously improve mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will lead technical decisions, ensure quality and security, and collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders in a Scrum team.

You will own complex features, drive architecture, and coach junior developers, while contributing to process improvements in a dynamic, international environment based in Ede.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years as a Software Developer with mobile development focus.
• Strong experience with .NET (Core/6+), ASP.NET Core REST APIs and backend services.
• Proven mobile app development for Android and/or iOS; familiar with MAUI or Xamarin.
• Solid Git practices; design principles like SOLID and Clean Code.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and owning features end-to-end.
• Ability to translate requirements into robust, scalable mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and safeguard the technical architecture of mobile applications.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable mobile solutions across platforms.
• Make well-founded framework/tooling choices and lead complex features.
• Own end-to-end delivery and integrate APIs/external services.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and coach the team.
• Improve CI/CD processes and ensure code quality, security and performance.
