You will

• Lead the development, and maintenance of mobile design system toolkits for iOS and Android platforms
• Actively contribute to development while defining engineering standards and best practices
• Work closely with mobile teams to build, scale, and optimize reusable components
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and compliance with platform guidelines across mobile applications
• Translate business and technical requirements into implementable solutions
• Track adoption and performance to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate across teams to align design system implementation between platforms

You have/are

• At least 5+ years experience with SWIFT
• At least 5+ years experience with Kotlin
• Extensive experience in iOS and Android development
• Expertise in building scalable component libraries and design systems
• Product-minded approach to roadmap planning and stakeholder collaboration
• Skilled in mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
