• Actively contribute to development while defining engineering standards and best practices
• Work closely with mobile teams to build, scale, and optimize reusable components
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and compliance with platform guidelines across mobile applications
• Translate business and technical requirements into implementable solutions
• Track adoption and performance to drive continuous improvement

You have/are
