Job summary

TBAuctions is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy ML models and AI agents for production use. You will work closely with software engineers to translate models into scalable microservices, APIs, and real-time applications.

You will lead data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation, ensuring performance and reliability. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in ML/AI engineering or similar roles.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proven experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of API deployment and model serving with containerization.
• Experience building AI agents and real-time, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to address business challenges.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection to optimize performance.
• Deploy models into production systems as scalable microservices with Kubernetes/AKS.
• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents (LangGraph, RAG, MLflow, FastAPI).
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and iterate to improve metrics.
• Collaborate with software engineers and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
