Job summary

Wlgroup is seeking an engineer to bring ML models from development into production, working with real datasets and real problems. You will own the pipeline around the model and ensure reliability and traceability in a production-like environment.

You will design, implement and maintain AI components, write tests and documentation, and align with secure development standards while enabling end-to-end lifecycle automation and field-ready delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience building, deploying and maintaining AI pipelines end-to-end.
• Strong software engineering practices applied to AI/ML work.
• Solid model evaluation and improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Bring ML/Data science methods to new datasets and questions, assess performance and data quality.
• Identify and fix issues in models, pipelines and datasets to withstand production.
• Design, test, document and refactor AI components and pipelines.
