Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Eindhoven invites a seasoned middleware engineer, specialist or architect to design, operate and evolve enterprise middleware platforms that connect applications, services and data across complex environments.

You will keep middleware resilient, secure and scalable, lead upgrades at senior levels, and mentor teams while implementing automation, performance tuning and robust deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise middleware platforms and integrating applications.
• Strong knowledge of middleware security, certificates and identity integration.
• Ability to lead upgrades, migrations and complex investigations at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor middleware services, queues, application servers and integration components.
• Resolve incidents relating to performance, connectivity, transactions and service availability.
• Install, configure, patch and upgrade middleware platforms.
• Support deployment and configuration activities across development, test and production environments.
• Troubleshoot application-to-middleware, database and network integration issues.
• Maintain certificates, connections, service accounts and security configurations.
• Support clustering, load balancing, resilience and disaster recovery.
• Automate recurring platform administration and deployment activities.
• Perform performance tuning and capacity analysis.
• Maintain operating procedures, platform documentation and knowledge articles.
• At senior levels, lead major upgrades, migrations and complex problem investigations.
• At L5, develop middleware architecture principles, patterns and platform roadmaps.
