Job summary

Calvin Klein, part of PVH, is seeking a Senior Planner for Full Price in the EMEA region. You will lead merchandise planning strategies across CK Full Price and Concession stores, working closely with Retail Buying to drive sales growth, optimize inventory and preserve brand positioning.

You will mentor junior planners, support planning systems, and push for continuous improvement in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. Fluency in English is required and Amsterdam based.

Qualifications

• University degree with 4–7 years of relevant merchandise planning experience or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable commercial insights.
• Deep understanding of retail merchandise financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Proven experience managing retail KPIs and developing assortment strategies that achieve financial objectives.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, allocation, replenishment and Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end fashion retail process from merchandising to in-store execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development.
• Collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the merchandise planning strategy for a division or product group across Calvin Klein Full Price and Concession stores in EMEA.
• Partner with Retail Buying to develop commercial plans that drive sales growth, optimize inventory and protect brand positioning.
• Mentor junior planners and act as a subject matter expert for planning systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on forecasts, budgets and assortment strategies.
• Lead and participate in weekly, monthly and seasonal planning cycles and governance.
