Job summary

John Sisk & Son seeks an experienced MEP Lead to drive delivery of building services across large-scale Life Science projects. You will report to the Regional Director and lead MEP teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety, quality and energy targets.

You will guide the application of our MEP management systems, oversee coordination drawings, commissioning plans, and site handover to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead large-scale MEP projects across complex programmes.
• Experience implementing QMS, ITP and handover plans in live projects.
• Strong understanding of H&S policies and energy practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of Building Services Strategy Plan.
• Lead MEP technical and commercial aspects of bids and projects.
• Ensure MEP teams meet procurement, design and execution requirements.
• Coordinate, supervise and motivate MEP teams on site.
