Job summary

YorTeam B.V. is seeking a Senior Mendix Developer in the Netherlands to drive Mendix capability maturity. You will design scalable Mendix apps, prototype new features, and raise standards across teams while supporting and mentoring developers.

The role focuses on reusable components, security, and platform reliability, with a collaborative, solution-driven mindset and a strong drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mendix Developer.
• Strong Mendix development experience and knowledge of Java, including custom Java extensions.
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable components.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to stimulate others.
• A creative, solution-oriented approach and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• The ability to adapt to changing situations and sense the needs of others.
• A strong drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable Mendix applications.
• Challenge requirements and work with solution architects to identify better solutions.
• Develop and standardize reusable Mendix components to improve quality and efficiency.
• Explore new Mendix capabilities through prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Strengthen development standards, security, and long-term platform reliability.
• Support and guide development teams from a T-shaped perspective.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
