Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Mendix Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade low-code applications using Mendix Studio Pro. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions across web and mobile platforms.

The role requires 4+ years of Mendix development, strong knowledge of Microflows, Nanoflows, and security, and experience delivering full lifecycle Mendix projects in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience.
• Strong experience with Mendix Studio Pro and low-code application development.
• Experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Mendix implementation project.
• Proficient in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade Mendix apps.
• Knowledge of security, RBAC, governance, and compliance in Mendix environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Mendix applications using Mendix Studio Pro.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Mendix solutions.
• Build responsive web and mobile applications leveraging Mendix best practices.
• Develop and maintain Microflows, Nanoflows, Business Rules, and Workflows.
• Integrate Mendix apps with SAP, Salesforce, Azure, databases and third-party systems.
• Develop and consume REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and OData services.
• Implement security, RBAC, governance, and compliance standards.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support UAT.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and dev teams.
• Prepare design documents, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Mendix Studio Pro.

• Support application enhancements, production deployments, release management, and post-production activities.

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience.

Experience

• 5-8 years of overall IT experience.
• 4+ years of dedicated Mendix development experience.
