Job summary

ALDEBARAN Group is seeking a Mechanical & Piping Superintendent for a large energy sector project. You will supervise on-site mechanical and piping installation activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage interfaces with site disciplines and drive progress meetings while maintaining strict adherence to technical documentation and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical and piping supervision on large industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, autonomy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site mechanical equipment and piping installation.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and supervision across disciplines.
• Manage interfaces with other site disciplines and attend progress meetings.
• Ensure work complies with technical docs, standards and contract requirements.
• Contribute to QA/QC, ITPs and validation activities with project QA/QC manager.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and piping installation.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce HSE rules.
• Monitor progress, analyze deviations and report on progress and costs.
• Review and validate final project documentation.
