Job summary

ENTER specializes in high-tech mechanical systems. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will independently develop designs from concepts, review drawings, support manufacturing, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English or Dutch, you will work in the Netherlands with opportunities for growth and a competitive salary. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and timely delivery of mechanical designs.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Fluent in English or Dutch (Dutch is a pre).
• Experienced in mentoring or guiding team members.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Committed to delivering high-quality mechanical designs.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop designs from concepts considering quality, cost, manufacturability, safety, and lead times.
• Review technical drawings
• Support the construction or manufacturing of products or machine components
• Perform and check technical calculations
• Prepare instruction and documentation materials
• Plan tasks, monitor progress, and communicate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions when needed
• Guide, coach, and technically support team members
• Take initiative, identify potential deviations in project timelines or quality, and suggest improvements
• Embrace and promote the company’s core values and working methods
• Perform other tasks related to the role of Engineer as required
