BlueHeart Energy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to own pressure-related design for our thermoacoustic heat pump tech. You will design pressure vessels and guide materials and codes, collaborating with engineers and notified bodies.

With a prototype in production, you will influence product evolution toward certifiable, manufacturable solutions while working in a fast-paced scale-up with hybrid flexibility and strong opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in mechanical design and product development.
• Experience with pressure vessels or pressure equipment.
• Knowledge of PED, EN 13445, and design codes.
• SolidWorks proficiency and PDM/PLM experience.
• Fluent English and cross-discipline collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design pressure vessels, components, and mechanical systems.
• Own pressure-related design and guide engineering decisions.
• Perform calculations on materials, bolts, welds, loads, and fatigue.
• Apply PED, EN 13445 and related codes; support certification.
• Guide material selection for performance, corrosion, manufacturability, compliance.
• Review designs and work with notified bodies for certifiable solutions.
