Job summary

ASICS EMEA in Hoofddorp (Netherlands) seeks a Senior MDM Operations Coordinator responsible for master data governance across the region, ensuring accurate creation, maintenance and compliance with business rules to support critical processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor data quality, serve as the first contact for master data enquiries, and drive process improvements while embracing a hybrid working model with wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data administration or similar data-centric roles.
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data validation capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, enrich and maintain enterprise Master Data across the ASICS EMEA region. Ensure data is complete, accurate and on time.
• Ensure data is created in compliance with established business rules and standards.
• Monitor data quality standards and perform systematic validations to identify inconsistencies and perform data cleansing.
• First point of contact for master data enquiries; coordinate with MDM Specialists for timely resolutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functions and countries to support efficient data processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and promote master data best practices.
• Enforce data governance standards and ensure adherence to quality control procedures across all MDM activities.

As Senior MDM Operations Coordinator, located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality master data that supports critical business processes across the region. Through close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure the accurate creation, maintenance and governance of enterprise master data, helping teams make informed and efficient business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Create, enrich and maintain enterprise Master Data across the ASICS EMEA region. You ensure the data is complete, accurate and on time.
• You ensure the data is created in compliance with established business rules and standards.
• Monitor data quality standards and perform systematic validations to identify inconsistencies and execute data cleansing activities.
• You are the first point of contact for master data enquiries and coordinate with MDM Specialists to ensure a timely resolution.
