• MD, DO, PharmD, PhD or an equivalent advanced scientific or clinical degree.
• Minimum 8 years of Medical Affairs experience with increasing responsibility.
• Expertise in rare diseases and/or genetic medicine.
• Experience leading medical strategy, scientific communications and evidence generation.
• Strong understanding of drug development and lifecycle management.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel nationally and internationally approx. 30–50%.
• Experience in rare genetic diseases, gene therapy, regenerative medicine or rare bone, muscle or cardiovascular disorders preferred.
• Product launch, clinical trial, publication or field Medical Affairs leadership experience preferred.
• Multi-country experience and additional languages preferred.

In this hybrid role, you will lead medical strategy and scientific engagement across investigational and approved therapies in rare diseases. Working closely with Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, HEOR, Medical Operations, Publications and Statistics, you will drive evidence generation, build scientific partnerships and translate external insights into strategic recommendations supporting patient needs and medical excellence.
