Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in maritime mechanical engineering, ideally in concept and basic design.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems, machinery arrangements, and piping principles.
• Experience working on diverse vessel types (naval, offshore, special purpose).
• Ability to translate complex problems into practical engineering solutions.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review mechanical system concepts, equipment arrangements, and piping layouts.
• Contribute to concept and basic engineering packages for naval and offshore projects.
• Perform mechanical engineering calculations and evaluate system performance.
• Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers.
