Qualifikationen

• MSc or MBA in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Finance/Accounting, Ops Management, Pharma/Biotech or related field; 5–10 years in supply chain or related functions within regulated industries.
• Experience leading small operational teams (1–5 direct reports) for 3–5 years.
• Proven track record in supply planning, inventory management, and operational finance in regulated environments.
• Experience with financial reporting, inventory reconciliation, AP/AR processes.
• Ability to consolidate and analyze large datasets from ERP and other sources.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain rolling 18–24 month supply plans for DAM platform components.
• Define inventory strategies within produce-to-stock, supply-from-stock models; mitigate shortages and excess stock.
• Lead the DAM Operations team (two Logistics Specialists, one Business Analyst).
• Oversee compliant order fulfillment, import/export, GDP-relevant logistics, and partnerships with warehousing/CDMO networks.
• Develop CoG models and track development and manufacturing expenditures across CDMOs.
• Coordinate invoicing, inventory valuation, budgeting, and commercial fulfillment with Finance.
• Provide cost and revenue visibility via dashboards to inform pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Procurement, and DAM leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Drive digitalization and AI workflows to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and process harmonization within Lonza global functions.
