Job summary

Get 360Pharma is expanding its Data Strategy and Operations team within the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain to lead information architecture for Plan & Source domains. The Sr Manager will design and implement E2E data products, ensuring FAIR data and alignment with the Data Architecture strategy.

The role covers master and transactional data, analytics data, and AI-ready datasets, collaborating with business partners and technology teams to maximize value and clarity of source of truth across

Qualifications

• Experience in data modelling techniques such as medallion architecture and Data Vault.
• Experience with modern data technologies including lakehouse and data catalogs.
• 5+ years in a pharmaceutical global supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end FAIR Data products for Plan & Source domains.
• Develop and adopt data policies to guide data product design and modelling.
• Collaborate with Data Owners to shape the Data Domain roadmap and allocate resources.
• Define metadata and data quality frameworks to ensure FAIR data products.
• Advance automation and AI-enabled capabilities in data design and governance.
• Support evolution of an end-to-end data stack with technology partners.
