Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr Manager IMSC Information Architecture to lead end-to-end data products for the Deliver domain within the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The role focuses on creating scalable data models, ensuring FAIR data, and reducing duplication across supply chain systems.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (engineering, business, technology, CS) with focus on data management/ analytics.
• Extensive experience with data modelling and design techniques (medallion, Data Vault, Data Marts).
• Experience with state-of-the-art data technologies (data catalogs, Lakehouse, ontology management).
• 5+ years in a pharmaceutical global supply chain context.
• Track record of multi-year strategy or technology deployments focusing on information and data management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement E2E FAIR Data products for 1-2 domains across Master and Transactional data for Analytics.
• Create, adopt and evolve IMSC information policies to guide data product design and modelling.
• Collaborate with domain Data Owners to shape Data Domain roadmap and allocate budget/resources.
• Define metadata and data quality frameworks to ensure high levels of FAIR data products throughout their lifecycle.
• Support IMSC Data Governance in implementing governance across Data Domain.
• Drive automation and simplification through AI-enabled capabilities in data design and quality controls.
• Partner with J&J Technology to evolve an E2E data stack for future AI applications.
