Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Manufacturing & Operations (Industry 6.0) to lead high-profile transformation engagements in Amsterdam. You will own multi-million-dollar programs, work with client executives and plant leaders, and drive innovations with AI, IoT, and digital twin technologies on the factory floor.

You will mentor teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and expand the practice with new offerings in digital manufacturing and Industry 6.0.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations transformation.
• Proven track record leading multi-million-dollar programs.
• Experience with AI, digital twins, IoT, or smart factory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI transformations and drive measurable improvements across throughput, quality, cost, and sustainability.
• Manage client relationships and strategy, aligning solutions with executives’ strategic goals.
• Mentor teams of consultants and client staff to ensure delivery excellence and value realization.
• Expand our business impact by identifying growth opportunities and proposing innovative digital manufacturing services.
