Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Manufacturing Manager to guide clients in redefining production and plant operations using SAP S/4HANA and digital capabilities. You will lead end-to-end SAP Manufacturing implementations, manage client relationships, and drive scalable manufacturing solutions across global deployments.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, team leadership, and delivery excellence with strong communication in English and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering SAP Manufacturing or Production Planning (SAP PP) solutions, ideally including S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end shop floor processes (production execution, MRP, quality, maintenance, MES integration).
• Experience leading SAP implementation teams across global deployments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into effective SAP Manufacturing solutions.
• Manage end-to-end SAP Manufacturing implementations: design, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, mitigate risks, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
