Job summary

Leiden Bio Science Park is seeking a Manager Clinical Data Transparency, Data Sharing to lead end‑to‑end data sharing within our Clinical Data Standards and Transparency team across Maidenhead, Breda, Beerse and Spring House sites. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project delivery in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technology, or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant pharma/scientific experience (biostatistics or clinical programming).
• Strong understanding of data sharing, anonymisation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Data Sharing Requests: Manage internal and external data sharing requests from receipt through delivery, ensuring privacy compliance.
• Vendor Oversight: Supervise vendors for data anonymization/synthetization and ensure timelines/quality.
• YODA Project Management: Serve as primary J&J contact for YODA project requests and obtain necessary approvals.
• External Research Support: Guide external research teams using J&J clinical study data with compliant data use.
