Responsibilities

• Ведение сложных кросс-функциональных программ и программ трансформации с соблюдением целей, сроков и бюджета.
• Разработка и управление чартером программы, планами и бюджетами, кадровыми планами и дорожными картами реализации.
• Сотрудничество с руководителями на уровне исполнителей для согласования приоритетов и объема работ.
• Установление и поддержка процессов портфельного управления, видимость рисков и инвестиций.
• Выявление, оценка и минимизация рисков, оперативное реагирование и эскалация.

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 10 years of experience in program management, project management, business transformation, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams, direct reports, or project management professionals
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with accountability for budgets, timelines, resource planning, governance, risk management, executive stakeholder management, and influencing outcomes without direct authority
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills; ability to build trust and alignment across senior stakeholders and diverse teams
• Будет плюсом: Master’s degree and/or MBA, PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification, PROSCI Change Management certification, Lean methodology certification or practical experience applying Lean principles in business transformation environments
