Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Enablement Solutions PMO to lead high-impact transformation across Europe, Latin America, and Canada. You will partner with senior leaders, drive enterprise-wide programs, and manage a PMO team to deliver measurable outcomes that benefit customers and patients with innovative healthcare solutions.

You will drive governance, execution roadmaps, and adoption of new technologies while engaging executives and diverse teams to sustain momentum and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management and business transformation.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and direct reports.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with budgets, timelines, governance, risk, and executive oversight.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and communication with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs and business transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines, budgets, and metrics.
• Develop and manage program charters, governance structures, plans, budgets and resource plans.
• Partner with executives to align priorities, define scope, and drive implementations of strategic initiatives.
• Establish portfolio governance with visibility into performance, capacity, risks, dependencies, and investments.
• Identify, assess, mitigate risks and implement proactive risk response and escalation plans.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of project management professionals and foster continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs and business transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Develop and manage program charters, governance structures, integrated project plans, budgets, resource plans, and execution roadmaps.
• Partner with executive and functional leaders to align priorities, define scope, and drive successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Establish portfolio governance processes that provide leadership with visibility into program performance, resource capacity, risks, dependencies, and investment decisions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while implementing proactive risk response, issue resolution, and escalation plans.
• Lead the deployment of new technology solutions and standardized business processes, ensuring successful adoption and realization of intended business benefits.
• Develop and execute executive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies that build trust, support decision-making, and maintain alignment across diverse regional and functional teams.
• Influence and negotiate across cross-functional teams without direct authority, resolving conflict constructively and balancing competing priorities to maintain delivery momentum.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a team of project management professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.

What you will need

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, project management, business transformation, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams, direct reports, or project management professionals.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with accountability for budgets, timelines, resource planning, governance, risk management, executive stakeholder management, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across senior stakeholders and diverse teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree and/or MBA.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certification.
• PROSCI Change Management certification.
• Lean methodology certification or practical experience applying Lean principles within business transformation environments.

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands: €91.700 - €170.200 EUR Annual

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
