Job summary

Stryker Netherlands is seeking a Senior Program/Project Management leader to drive cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformation programs across Europe, with responsibility for budgets, timelines and outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders to define scope, governance, and execution roadmaps while building a high-performing PM team.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in program management, and experience leading teams. A Master’s/MBA and PM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years in program management, project management, business transformation, or related.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or project managers.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with budgets, governance, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs and ensure delivery against objectives, timelines, budgets, and metrics.
• Develop and manage program charters, governance structures, integrated project plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Partner with executives to align priorities, define scope, and drive successful implementations.
• Establish portfolio governance with visibility into performance, risks, and decisions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks with escalation and response plans.
• Lead deployment of new technology solutions and standardized processes for adoption.
• Develop executive engagement and communication strategies to maintain alignment.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and balance priorities.
