Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Sr Manager, IMSC Information Architecture Plan & Source to lead information architecture across master data, transactional data, and analytics. You will drive semantic modelling, ontology creation, and knowledge graph patterns to enable AI-ready data across IMSC layers.

You will partner with Data Owners, Data Governance, and technology teams to design scalable information models, ensure data quality, discoverability, and governance throughout the data asset

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated data environments.
• Strong knowledge of FAIR data principles, taxonomy, and semantic modelling.
• Ability to translate business needs into reusable information structures.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets.
• Lead information modelling for domain areas and ensure data asset governance.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Governance to embed architecture standards.
