Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Spain seeks a Sr Manager, IMSC Information Architecture Deliver, to lead end-to-end information architecture across master, transactional, and analytics data assets. You will drive semantic consistency, data governance, and reusable information models to enable AI-ready data.

Collaborating with Data Owners, Governance, and Technology teams, you will define standards, curate metadata, and advance ontology and knowledge graph initiatives to maximize business value and data

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma, healthcare, life sciences, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or regulated data environments.
• Knowledge of FAIR, IDMP, ISO standards, data mesh, domain-driven design, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs.
• In-depth experience in information architecture, data architecture, data modelling, or data management, with modelling across complex domains.
• Strong understanding of FAIR data principles, data product design, metadata management, business glossary, taxonomy, and ontology concepts.
• Experience designing end-to-end data products across master data, transactional data, and analytics layers.
• Understanding of how information architecture enables AI-ready data, including semantic consistency and lineage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets for functional domains across master, transactional, and analytics data.
• Lead conceptual and logical information modelling for assigned domains with clear ownership and reusable structures.
• Define and apply Information Architecture principles, standards, and patterns across metadata, taxonomy, semantic modelling, ontology, and data assets.
• Establish domain-level business semantics, shared definitions, and mappings between concepts and system representations.
• Support development of AI-ready context layer by linking metadata, meaning, relationships, and lineage for analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Governance, and Tech partners to ensure scalable, governed data assets within the IMSC ecosystem.
• Provide IA oversight for strategic initiatives and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with standards and AI readiness.
• Develop and promote metadata cataloguing practices, business glossaries, and reusable templates to improve discoverability.
