Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Sr Manager, IMSC Information Architecture Deliver, based in Spain. You will lead information architecture across data assets, ensuring semantic alignment, metadata standards, and governance to support analytics, automation, and AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with Data Owners, Data Governance, and Technology partners to design scalable information models, enhance data trust, and drive adoption of metadata catalogues and business

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma/healthcare data environments.
• Strong knowledge of FAIR, metadata, taxonomy, and semantic modelling.
• Ability to translate business needs into reusable information structures.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets for domains.
• Lead conceptual and logical information modelling.
• Define and apply IA principles across metadata, taxonomy, and ontology.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Governance to ensure governance.
• Lead ontology and knowledge graph implementation to enable AI readiness.
