Job summary

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI, AI agents and agentic workflows, beyond simply using AI productivity tools.
• Experience building, implementing or defining strategies for AI-driven or agentic workflows.
• Ability to discuss AI architecture, implementation approaches, security considerations and technical trade-offs with credibility.Strong awareness of current developments across AI and agentic technologies.
• Solid technical understanding of IAM, including authentication, authorisation, federation and modern identity concepts.
• Experience leading complex technical projects or programmes across engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating to senior leadership.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, autonomous and evolving technology environment.
