Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands seeks a (Senior) Manager in IT Audit & Assurance to lead client engagements, develop teams and contribute to strategic growth. You will deliver technology assurance for financial statement audits and broader reviews, balancing technical and business perspectives.

You will guide risk, governance and control improvements across ERP, cloud, and digital environments, while adopting AI-enabled approaches to enhance delivery and client value.

Qualifications

• Post-Master’s degree (WO level) in a relevant field such as Information Systems or related discipline.
• 6+ years of IT audit, technology risk, IT risk management or related experience.
• Pursuing or holding a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC).

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and develop teams in IT audit & assurance.
• Ensure high quality delivery and build strong client relationships.
• Support governance, risk management and control improvements across technology landscapes.
